The new residences take on a modern, cubic form offering a sleek reinterpretation of traditional Cycladic architecture. Its interior layout if flipped, placing the guest rooms on the ground floor and the living spaces above to maximize views of the sea. Much of the exterior is wrapped in a slatted pergola. The expansive shelter offers protection from the sun and wind allowing guests to take advantage of the outdoors all year long.
