DOUBLE-HEADER THIS WEEKEND

DOUBLE-HEADER THIS WEEKEND

It’s double-header motocross action in Australia this weekend.

Raymond Terrace in New South Wales will host rounds seven and eight of the Pirelli MX Nationals over a massive two days.

The Ranch MX venue at Raymond Terrace will see thousands of fans swamp to the track to see the riders battle it out in a completely new format.

MX Nationals series promoter Kevin Williams explained that the venue is well equipped to welcome thousands of motocross fans and the track will be prepared to a world class standard.

“The Pirelli MX Nationals is a very important event for not only the club, but also for the region. With Raymond Terrace back on the calendar, hosting a national event of this size it will bring a staggering $350,000 into the local region as well as keep the venue on the radar, and provides the sport in the area with fantastic national exposure,” said Williams.

“We of course have a number of riders competing from Australia such as two time defending MX1 champion and current red plate holder Dean Ferris, but also international competitors from New Zealand such as Hamish Harwood, Kane Lamont, Rhys Carter and Maximus Purvis, which adds that extra level of depth to the racing and is fantastic for our series and for the local fans who are planning on coming out to watch the races this weekend,” said Williams

“As well as all this weekend’s action, you will also have the opportunity to see the bikes presents in their retro theme in support of this weekend’s retro round, so make sure you get down this weekend to Ranch MX Raymond Terrace, NSW.”

Throw in the action-packed feature class, factory trucks, the excitement of Retro Round and entertainment for the kids, and the fastest riders in the country, rounds seven and eight of the Pirelli MX Nationals this weekend is an event not to be missed.
