Nestled among the remote nature of Mexico, the Aculco House is a tribute to the raw beauty of the landscapes that surround it. The minimalist holiday retreat is constructed from locally quarried stone from the area, wood, and clay floors. Each material was kept in its raw, natural state in order to complement the scenery while requiring little upkeep. The simplicity of the palette and large glazed panels allow the rustic scenery to remain the focus even from the interior.
